Woodburner Workshop's move, in December 2012, to our present location at 31 Market St. Lutterworth, is the happy result of seven years hard and patient work. Woodburner Workshop was established in 2003 as a complementary business to Martin Sullivan Building and Restoration (SBR) and our initial premises was in Sir Frank Whittle's - inventor of the turbo jet engine - old workshop, then newly renovated by Martin and his team, hence the company name Woodburner Workshop; the building known historically for combustion was soon gaining a growing reputation for combustion of a different sort.

The seventeenth-century building which is our new home was another of SBR's projects and the most challenging to date. The grade two building, the Old Cavalier public house, was in a dire state of dilapidation. Now sympathetically restored, complete with a 'green oak' beamed extension, the building straddles the centuries as an example of how new and old can coexist in harmony.

Selling and installing woodburning and multi fuel stoves is a pleasurable business to be in and we have steadily grown in popularity. We now have a wonderful workforce of fourteen skilled individuals consisting, as one would expect, of building trade specialists, Hetas engineers, showroom advisors and a very dedicated administrator.

Woodburner Workshop are proud to be part of Lutterworth's business community; our roots are in tradition, serving the present and looking forward to the future.
